Below is a, non exhaustive, list of items that cannot be sold or traded on www.BidMate.com.au

1. Any item that is not legal to be sold in Australia including.

a) Counterfeited items of any kind.

b) Copyright protected items where the sale of such items would breach the rights of the copyright holder. BidMate will remove any item at the request of the copyright holder or their agent.

c) Items listed as prohibited imports under any Australian, including state, laws.

d) Replicas where the possession of such replicas is prohibited.

2. Animals; Animals may not be sold or given away on BidMate.

3. Intellectual Property where the the IP owner has prohibited the sale of their property. BidMate presumes prohibition in most cases.

a) BidMate will act to remove such items when contacted by the IP rights holder of their agent.

4. Software including

a) OEM Software

b) Counterfeited and Copied Software of any kind.

5. Fireworks

6. Controlled Weapons of any sort

7. Prescription Medicine

8. Alcohol - unless the Seller displays an accredited up-to-date License to sell Alcohol

9. Chemicals - Any Chemicals that can be used to manufacture explosives or any other prohibited items.

10. Drug Paraphernalia of any kind.

11. Documentation showing plans or instructions for the manufacture of prohibited items.
